Crown of Blooms is the first novel in a projected trilogy. Based in the buckle of the bible belt, The Crown Series is a queer coming-of-age tale that takes a distinctly literary approach to the YA genre.

Crown of Blooms follows Kayden, a 15 year old pastor's son whose life is interrupted when he starts to develop feelings for the new boy in youth group, Alex, an aspiring painter with peculiar beliefs.
